- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the service date: Full refund.
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the service date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service date: No refund.
- Cancellation by the company: If the company needs to cancel the booking for any reason, the client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the service to another date, as agreed upon with the client.
- Changing the date and time of the service: Changes to the date and time of the service are possible up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled time. Please contact our support team to make changes.
- Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, and other events that make it impossible to provide the service, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, the client will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the service to another date, as agreed upon with the client.
- Weather-Related Cancellations and Modifications
7.1 The Company or Contractor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Service if adverse weather conditions could pose a risk to safety or significantly impair the quality of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, outdoor services such as yacht rentals, photography sessions, event decorations, or proposal arrangements.
7.2 In the event of such weather-related cancellations or modifications, the Client will be notified as soon as possible. The Client will be offered the option to reschedule the Service to a mutually agreed upon date and time, or receive a full refund.
7.3 The Client acknowledges that weather conditions are beyond the control of the Company and the Contractor, and agrees to the terms of rescheduling or refund as specified in this section.

Client Non-Responsiveness:If the Client is not reachable or fails to provide necessary information or access for the performance of the Service, the Company or Contractor reserves the right to cancel the Order. In this case, the payment for the Service is non-refundable.

Payment Issues:The Company reserves the right to cancel the Order if full payment has not been received or if there are discrepancies in the payment. The Client is responsible for timely and complete payment for the Service.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance:If the Service cannot be performed due to legal restrictions or lack of necessary permits and licenses, the Company or Contractor reserves the right to cancel the Order. The Client will be offered a full refund.

Health and Safety of the Contractor:In the event of illness or other incapacity of the Contractor to perform the Service, the Company or Contractor may cancel the Order. The Client will be offered the option to reschedule the Service to another time or receive a full refund.

Client Misconduct:The Company or Contractor reserves the right to cancel the Order in the event of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or any actions by the Client that violate the rights and safety of the Contractor. In this case, the payment for the Service is non-refundable.

Logistical Issues:The Company or Contractor reserves the right to cancel the Order in the event of unexpected logistical problems, such as transportation failures or equipment issues, that prevent the provision of the Service. The Client will be offered the option to reschedule the Service to another time or receive a full refund.

Incorrect Information:If the Client provides incorrect or misleading information that affects the provision of the Service, the Company or Contractor reserves the right to cancel the Order. In this case, the payment for the Service is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Expenses15.1 Rental Fees:
The fee for renting any space, including rooftops, venues, or other locations, is non-refundable regardless of the cancellation notice period. This applies to any proposal services, events, or other activities scheduled to take place at the rented location.
15.2 Administrative Expenses:
Any administrative expenses already incurred are non-refundable. These expenses include but are not limited to planning fees, booking fees, and any other administrative costs associated with organizing the service.
15.3 Paid Permits and Permissions:
Any permits or permissions that have been paid for in advance are non-refundable. This includes beach permits, event permits, and any other permissions required by local authorities or third-party organizations for the service.
15.4 Other Similar Expenses:
Any other similar expenses that have been paid to third-party organizations in connection with the service are non-refundable. This may include fees for reserving spaces, hiring equipment, or other costs incurred to facilitate the service.
